Meet Brady Boland– our first feature for The Leadership Collective of 2026.
Brady is the owner of Rooster Roofing, serving Janesville and surrounding areas.
Brady, a Janesville native, started his career journey with simple neighborhood jobs. He grew through hands-on roles at local businesses like Janesville Gazette, Farm & Fleet, and Happy Joe’s.
He spent 17 years honing in his skills with a general contractor and another 5 years in the roofing union before founding Rooster Roofing.
The Rooster Roofing team is passionate about delivering high-quality roofing solutions. With a strong dedication to both craftsmanship and to the community, the Rooster Roofing goal is to exceed client expectations, while improving the community as a whole. Brady wants our community to be a better place to work and live.
In his spare time, Brady can be found spending time with his wife and three daughters, and participating in hobbies, such as golf, bowling, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
